Clean Flow is a browser extension for user-configured webpage automation. Profiles, selectors, block input values and Discord webhook configuration are stored in the browser locally. Export creates a file chosen by the user; we do not offer cloud Profile storage.
When users sign in with Google, Neon Auth handles authentication. Our account service uses account identity, verified email, an installation identifier and signed authentication ticket to provide access and manage Pro rights. Stripe processes purchases; our database stores payment amount, package, timestamps and access expiry. We do not receive or store card credentials through the extension.
The extension reads page elements selected by users to execute configured blocks. If users configure a Discord block, the specified message, substituted values and optional thumbnail URL are sent to their Discord webhook. Discord may fetch a thumbnail from its source website. Avoid entering sensitive information into workflows or notifications. Profile exports may contain block input values.
Neon, Vercel, Google, Stripe and Discord process data necessary for their respective services. Technical request logs may include standard network metadata. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data use is limited to the extension's stated functionality and account/payment operations. Clean Flow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Users can delete local Profiles, remove the extension, disconnect their account and remove webhook settings. Removing the extension does not delete account/payment records on the server. For account data access or deletion, contact the publisher using the approved contact below. Payment records may be retained when legally required.
